Helga’s European Film Festival is a free event and Goodman Fielder reserves the right to:
• Refuse entry to the Helga’s Film Festival venue, for whatever reason at its own discretion
• To vary advertised films and starting times.
• Cancel any of the screenings in the case of inclement weather or any other grounds at its discretion.

In the event of cancellation no compensation whatsoever will be given to patrons.

St Leonards Park North Sydney and the City Botanical Gardens Brisbane are recreational areas, no glassware is permitted. The Astor Theatre St Kilda does not permit BYO food and beverage. Their bar offers a range of snacks and alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Seating is non-reserved and at the discretion of Starlight Cinema management.

Patrons will be sent a complimentary e-ticket on the day they register their intention to attend the event. A limited number of free Helga’s gourmet sandwich packs will be available to patrons who register for each screening. The packs are limited to first 300 vouchers in per film in Brisbane and Melbourne and the first 450 vouchers per film in Sydney. Patrons who register for a sandwich pack must print out their complimentary ticket from Moshtix and present it at the relevant venue and film in order to claim their pack. No refunds will be provided on unused sandwich pack vouchers. One voucher per person only will be honoured and can yield a maximum of one sandwich pack.

Sound recording equipment and video or movie cameras and mobile phone video cameras are not permitted.

Subject to an attendee’s rights under applicable laws where liability may not be excluded, restricted or modified, Goodman Fielder, High as a Keyte, or the venue are not liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of attendance at the Helga’s European Film Festival and disclaim the existence of any common law duty of care to any attendee.
